All components of a product or a product's original packaging must be intact and all merchandise must be in condition for resale.  Returns with missing items will be refused.  We recommend all returns should be insured when shipped for the protection of our customers.  Merchandise returned beyond the 30-day window may be returned to you without refund.   If you happen to be traveling for an extended period please contact us for exceptions.

Please include your name, order number and a copy of the original receipt or packing slip in the returning package.
