I placed my order then became concerned that perhaps I had ordered a bag too large; but when it came in, it was actually smaller than anticipated. I "think" it is going to be just what I needed. I was glad to find a purse/bag that had secure zippers. The shoulder strap is very comfortable and appears to distribute the weight of the loaded bag. Since the bag is very light, it is not too heavy when loaded.

Exactly what I was looking for! This bag has all the security features, may pockets, room for my video camera and even an umbrella and a water bottle. I'm looking forward to more trips with this wonderful purse!

I've been using this purse around home for a couple of weeks. I like it more than my more expensive leather purse, which I liked a lot. It is a little smaller, so things don't get lost in it. The organizational features are great. It holds more than I thought it would, and it's very light to carry. I've received compliments on the looks, but it's not a stand-out, so I'm not worried about advertising, when I travel, that I carry expensive things.

I just received this bag, which I got in black. It is a tad smaller than I expected, but holds exactly what I hoped it would. I can get in a Rick Steves poncho i'm heading out in the rainy season, his zippered tote back in it's pouch, my digital camera and extra batteries, plastic silverware, a map, ID stuff in an organizer pocket, and a small guide or pocket dictionary, with a little room to spare. Not only the handle and the bottom are reinforced with metal, but also the ID card pockets, and the outer surface of the other outside pocket between the outer fabric and the lining. All zippers have the gimzo that hooks them closed. The strap is easily adjustable so it is long enough, and more, for wearing across the body. It's not a gorgeous leather purse, but it's bomb proof, and from a distance, you really can't tell it's not a regular purse. I can pack it up, then stuff it into my overnight bag so that it doesn't count as a carryone and still get a change of clothes, etc., into that bag in case my larger bag has to be checked and gets lost. All in all, it's just what I wanted and the price is good.
