The new Tilley Airflo LTM5 Hat provides sun protection in a lighterweight construction. Tilley Airflo design incorporates mesh into the crown allowing coolness and comfort during hot days or strenuous activities.

The Lightweight (3oz). LTM5 Hat features a semi-sloping brim for sun protection and a higher crown for added ventilation. The insurance is for two years, all perils, 50% deductible, and is not issued by Lloyds.
Washing Instructions:
Wash in cool water. Do not use bleach. Smooth and reshape the hat by hand and set it out to air dry.
Tilley Hat Sizing:
The Tilley hat fits more comfortably than other hats. It is designed to be worn low on your head and slightly loose. It should be held on by gravity, not by painful pressure on your forehead. For the proper fit, you should be able to easily insert two fingers, flat, between the middle of your forehead and the front of the hat. The hat should be loose enough that you can rotate it to the left and right, and lift it up and down, without friction on your forehead. When it’s windy, use the cord!
Like footwear, your Tilley hat must be sized properly. To find your hat size, use a tape measure and draw it right around your head, just above the eyebrows. After you have sized your head, refer to our size chart for the appropriate Tilley hat.
