The Indira Story

Indira Inc. is a family-run manufacturer of casual women’s sportswear founded in 1980 by husband and wife team Mike and Indira. Based in Anaheim, California, Indira Inc. specializes in skirts, sweaters, blouses and dresses in feminine prints and designs that softly flatter women’s figures.

From its humble beginnings over 30 years ago to the nationally available women’s wear label it is today, Indira Inc. owes much of its success and growth to the design smarts of co-founder and principle designer Indira. Constantly abreast of innovations and the need for fresh yet timeless designs, Indira frequently draws her inspiration for many of her original prints from her love of horticulture and art. It is the exquisite prints and keen attention to design detail that distinguishes Indira clothing for its customers everywhere.
