Specifically, the ORV's Trunk has a 420 HT ripstop nylon as the main body fabric. In high abrasion areas, Eagle Creek has strategically applied their "Double Box" material which has a unique 2-ply, dual ripstop construction that actually strengthens the fabric, but weighs far less than typical ballistic nylon. On the bottom of the duffel a 900 denier Astra-e material is needed for unsurpassed durability. All of this and the ORV duffel is made with recycled materials!
